Step 1: Free Initial Consultation
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute one-on-one consultation to understand your goals, background, and answer any initial questions. Save ₹5,000 by signing up within 7 days of your free initial consultation.
Step 2: Enrollment & Onboarding
Once you decide to proceed, you complete the payment and officially enroll in our guidance program.
Step 3: Document Collection (Please send us your documents within 14 days of Step 2. We cannot proceed without them)
You provide us with your basic documents: a rough CV/resume, official/unofficial transcripts, degree certificates, test scores (GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT), and a preliminary list of universities you're considering. If you don't have a university preference list or have not yet taken your tests, don't worry we will visit that later.
Step 4: Expert Evaluation & Strategy Design
We will assign a subject-specific academic primary mentor and secondary mentor to evaluate your profile and craft a personalized admission strategy. Based on your strengths, we prepare a tailored list of universities that offer the best fit and highest chances of acceptance.
Step 5: Finalizing University List
We conduct a one-on-one strategy meeting to merge your initial list with our expert recommendations and finalize the shortlist of universities and programs. At this step you will have a face to face meeting with your primary and secondary mentors.
Step 6: Additional Document Collection You will submit additional materials such as a draft Statement of Purpose (SOP), any application essays, and a list of approximately three individuals who can serve as your references for recommendation letters.
Step 7: Application Document Drafting
Our team drafts customized versions of your CV/resume, Statement of Purpose (SOP), application essays, and Letters of Recommendation (LORs), all aligned with the expectations of each university in your shortlist. By this time you need to provide us with test scores (GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT).
Step 8: Review & Feedback Session
You will again meet with your assigned faculty mentors to go over all documents. We will revise and refine everything again based on your feedback to ensure each document reflects your story and strengths.
Step 9: Cost & Deadline Planning
We compile a comprehensive overview including application requirements, deadlines, fees, tuition, and estimated living expenses. You also receive an expert-driven assessment of your admission likelihood at each selected school.
Step 10: Final Selection of Programs
Together, we finalize the target universities, departments, and degree programs, ensuring a strong, balanced, and well-aligned application list.
Step 11: Final Review Meeting
Before you submit, we conduct a final one-on-one meeting to review everything, answer your questions, and ensure you're ready to move forward with confidence. After this point it will be your responsibility to pay the application fees and submit your applications.
